This month, we got together and had a real conversation about things we wanted to explore. We are honestly fortunate that our many organizations range from large companies with hundreds of employees to a one-person-show. We have SO MUCH to learn from each other.
During our meeting we outlined several topics that we all wanted more information on, ranging from DEI, hiring, marketing, transportation, recruiting, and MANY more. We also have a never-ending list of places we would love a backstage tour of, so we will be kindly asking those organizations to give us a peek into where and how the magic happens.
